These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Puppygirlparadise. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are designed and sold as adult costume and hair accessories. They are not tested or certified as children's products and we do not recommend them for young children.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Shipping is free on orders of $40 or more; a $4.95 flat rate applies below that.
• Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details.
• Where we show a "compare at" price, it is the total of the same items bought individually from this store. It is a genuine reference price, not an invented one.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using our supplier's photographs of the actual items we sell. Colours can look different between screens, and because these are plush faux fur items there is minor natural variation between units in fur length and lie. Measurements are approximate. If what arrives is not what the listing described, that is covered by our returns policy and we will make it right.

Shipping

Delivery timeframes are set out on our shipping policy page. They are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or to submit anything false, abusive or infringing.

Intellectual property

The Puppygirlparadise name, the site design, and the original illustrations on this site belong to us. Product photography is supplied by our manufacturing partner and used with permission. You may not reuse any of it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Safety

These are costume accessories. Do not wear them while driving or operating machinery, do not wear the tail where it could catch on anything, and keep them away from open flame. Discontinue use if you experience any skin irritation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Virginia. This does not remove any right you have to bring a claim in your own state where the law gives you that right.
