Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

This policy explains what Puppygirlparadise ("we", "us") does with your personal information when you visit or buy from this store.

Who we are

Puppygirlparadise
Charlottesville, Virginia, United States
Contact: thewhitehorse.officialrequests@gmail.com
Phone: (860) 259-4672

Our full postal address is available on request by email.

What we collect

When you buy something

  • Name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number
  • Order contents and order history
  • Payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number. Card details are captured and processed by our payment provider.

When you just browse

  • Device and browser information, IP address, time zone
  • Which pages you looked at, what you clicked, and how long you stayed
  • The site that referred you here

When you give it to us

  • Your email address, if you sign up to the newsletter
  • Anything you type into the contact form or send us by email

Why we use it

  • To fulfil your order — take payment, ship the parcel, send you tracking, handle returns. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To talk to you about your order — dispatch emails, delivery problems, refunds.
  • To run and protect the store — screening orders for fraud, keeping the site working, fixing bugs.
  • Marketing, only if you opted in — the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email and we stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties below, and only with what they need to do their job.

  • Shopify — hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf. See Shopify's privacy policy.
  • Our payment provider — takes your payment. They receive your payment and billing details directly; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
  • Our fulfilment partner and its shipping carriersthis one matters and most stores do not spell it out. Puppygirlparadise ships directly from a supplier's warehouse located outside the United States. To get your parcel to you, your name, shipping address, phone number and order contents are transmitted to that supplier and to the carriers handling the parcel, including customs authorities where required by law. If you are not comfortable with your address being processed outside the US, please do not order from us.
  • Analytics providers — aggregate, mostly non-identifying information about how the site is used.
  • Email service providers — to send newsletters, if you signed up.
  • Law enforcement or regulators — where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.

International transfers

As described above, order fulfilment involves transferring your delivery details outside the United States. We share the minimum necessary to get the parcel to you.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes — generally seven years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for two years.

Cookies

This store uses cookies to keep your basket working, remember your session, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the basket and checkout will not work properly without the essential ones.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
  • Opt out of marketing at any time
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act

To exercise any of these, email thewhitehorse.officialrequests@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the storefront.

Complaints

Email us first — we would rather fix it. If you are not satisfied you may complain to your state Attorney General or applicable data protection authority.
