Before you write

A few things are faster to look up than to ask:

• Where's my order? Your shipping email has a tracking link. Carrier tracking often sits still for several days between scans on international routes — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
• How long does delivery take? We dispatch in 1–3 business days and most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Details on the shipping page.
• Fit, care, sizing, materials: most of it is on the FAQ.
• Returns: 30 days, unworn. The returns page has the steps.

Things worth emailing about

• Something arrived damaged or wrong — send a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you without asking you to post the damaged one back.
• You need to change an address, fast.
• Your order has passed 30 days with no movement on tracking. That is our problem to fix, not yours.
• Wholesale, press, or collaborations.
