Where we ship

Puppygirlparadise ships to all 50 U.S. states and every Canadian province and territory.

How long shipping takes

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. From there, delivery takes 7–14 business days for most U.S. and Canadian addresses. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Any promotional shipping offer that is active at the time of your order is applied automatically.

If tracking has not updated in a while

Please allow up to 10 business days for the first tracking scan after shipment, especially during holiday periods. If tracking has not moved in 10 days, email businesscontact@whitehorse-llc.org with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier we can no longer redirect it.

Customs, duties, and taxes (Canada)

Canadian orders may be assessed customs duties, GST/HST/PST, or a carrier brokerage fee on delivery. These charges are set by Canada Border Services and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot pre-collect or reimburse them.
