30-day returns from delivery

You can return any item within 30 days of the delivery date shown by your tracking. If 30 days have gone by since delivery we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

What can be returned

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened: hosiery, socks, tights, intimates, and any product that has been worn.

How to start a return

1. Email businesscontact@whitehorse-llc.org with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will reply with a return authorisation and the return address (usually within one business day).
3. Ship the item back to us with any tracked service. Please keep your tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a prepaid return label and either replace the item or refund you in full.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap for a different style, size, or color is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
